This is the first time I write a build and I do this because I like my build so much and maybe it will help the assassin to be more respected. Also everthing is this build is of my own i haven't stole any builds or something from others.
I think this build was already known but since i didn't saw it on some sites I thought i just post it.

Class= A/Wa

Skills.
1. Way of the Empty Palm(ELITE)
2. Golden Phoenix Strike
3. Repeating Strike
4. Nini Tail Strike
5. Flurry
6. Optational (i use Dark Prison here)
7. Also Optional (i use Mark of Instabilty here)
8. Rez sig in RA or TA but in AB i would put something speed boost here like dash

Stats.
1. Dagger Mastery 16
2. Deadly Arts 15

Armor.
Should All be Valkyries if you use 2 sup runes. I also use sup vigor.

Weapons
Use a dagger of +15% in stance.
In TA u should use vampiric, in RA you should use something you like.(using vampiric is dangerous in RA cause you dont have any self heal and maybe no healer in team). I use enchantmants +20% but you may change that if you don't think its nessecary.

Use
I just pick a target with tab and check the enemy. I like to target monks first but if I see a fire ele wich doesnt has a dfensive spell i take them, same with mesmers.
After you choose ur target do this:
1. use way of the empty palm
2. use dark prison (if u dont have it, then walk to ur target

)
3. its of little important that u use flurry now
4. use golden phoenix strike
5. use repeating strike till golden phoenix strike is nearly recharged.
6. use mark of instabilty (if u dont have then skip this)
7. use nine tail strike
8. Repeat from point 4

I hope you like it cause I like it to. Sometimes I see people not moving and I guess they think: an assasin who cares. But then after a few sec I see them panic

Counters
Enchantment removal, usally not a big problem cause i usally got other enchantments from allies.
Blind
Block/evade chances, if you miss reapting strike its recharges in 15sec

attack slow spells like shadow of fear.
empathy SS.

I use this build to kill people in RA but in TA it will probarly be more usefull cause of vampiric dagger tangs are usefull there.
